This policy will tell you what we allow and what we don't
1. Unlimited Storage on Game Servers
(*) We do not put any restrictions on the amount of storage space a server may use.
(*) Unlimited storage applies to the world files of the game server you are hosting. MySQL storage is truely unlimited as is not measured. (Log files are limited to 10GB per server. Plugin files are limited to 50GB per server. Backups are limited to the amount of backups you have available to use.)
(*) When any of these restrictions are hit, we will contact the server owner to determine the best solution to the utilization of storage used by plugins and/or logs files.
2. Unacceptable Use on Game Servers
(*) Game servers may only be used for the purpose they were intended to be used. Any third party software not related to the chosen Game server will be removed automatically. We will not be responsible for any third party software that may interfere with the servers functionality.
(*) Any unauthorized usage such as tampering with Pterodactyl Panel and/or Wings will result in the immediate suspension and removal of your services.
(*) Any attempt to bypass the hard limit of your server will result in the immediate suspension of your service. This includes tampering with the RAM limits.
3. Acceptable Use Policy for Dedicated Servers
(*) Maintain Network Security. You are required and obligated to maintain all security on your servers. Any and all additional charges that are incurred due to the Customer's lack of monitoring or security are the responsibility of the Customer.
(*) In case of Security Breach. If your Service (server) security is compromised, the account holder is responsible for all violations of this Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy, including SPAM, and all disconnect and reconnect fees associated with violations. You will ensure that all End Users comply with this Terms of Service. If you become aware of a violation of this Terms of Service by an End User, you agree to immediately terminate such End User's access to your content and the Service.
(*) No Network Abuse. All Customers are allowed access to the public and private network; however misuse of the network in any way, including interference, will result in a violation of this AUP. All violations of this AUP shall be subject to review by Us, and an appropriate course of action shall be taken as determined by Us in its sole discretion. Proper use of Our public network must comply with all local, state, and federal laws. All Customers assume full liability for all content which they place on the server. Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting is deemed a violation of this AUP.
(*) No Sabotage. Any type of sabotage, regardless of intention, shall be grounds for termination the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse of the remote reboot system by using it multiple times in a very short amount of time for improper reasons.
(*) Monitoring Policy. GlassHost does not actively monitor the content on its servers. Content on Dedicated Server Services will only be reviewed upon complaint. Content that does not violate local, state and federal law or this AUP or the Terms of Service is deemed in compliance and shall remain intact. If content is deemed to be in violation of this AUP or the Terms of Service, it shall be reviewed by Us, and a course of action shall be taken to correct the problem, which may result in termination of the Account or Service.
(*) Blacklist Policy. If any Customer uses GlassHost Services, network, or its physical infrastructure in a manner that causes GlassHost, or any IP addresses issued by GlassHost to be "blacklisted" or "blocked", We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services of the Customer and/or suspend or terminate the access to Services, network, and/or its physical infrastructure. Operating GlassHost Services on behalf of, or in connection with or reselling any Service to persons or firms listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations database at www.spamhaus.org shall constitute a violation of this AUP.
(*) IRC/Bittorrent/P2P. IRC Usage shall be allowed unless such usage is abused or creates or enhances any type of problem(s) with Our services or network. It is also deemed a violation of this AUP if it is determined that IRC is the cause or root of a service interruption to other Customers. Customers may not operate and maintain IRC servers which connect to global IRC networks such as Undernet, EFnet and DALnet. Use of IRC plug-ins, scripts, add-ons, clones or other software designed to disrupt or deny service to other users is prohibited. If a Customer's IRC servers are frequently compromised or attract DoS or DDoS attacks that disrupt service to other Customers, then We may null-route, filter, suspend, or terminate that Customer's Service. We allow the use of both Peer to Peer as well as Bit Torrent, but We do not permit the transfer of illegal content.
4. Acceptable Use Policy for VPS Servers
(*) You must not use our services for the transmission of illegal content. You consent to abstain from sending or getting any materials which might be considered to be offensive, hostile, obscene, menacing or generally disallowed by current and future statutues in force.
(*) You must not use our services to gain or attempt to gian access to any other computer system for any purpose. Actions may lead to criminal prosecution under the Computer Misuse Act.
(*) You may not use our services to running 'Port Scanning', 'DDoS Attacks', 'MySQL Injections' or any other software designed to harm or test the vulnerability of or access remote networks except where the enduser has given permission for the actions to take place. If we find these actions to have taken place, we will ask for evidence of such permission.
(*) You may only create one Tor Service on our services. You may not create more than one Tor Service on our services. Failure to do so will result in the immediate suspension of your account and your service.
(*) You may not use our services to run any type of open relay and you must not participate in any actions such as Unsolicited Bulk Emails or Torrenting.
(*) You may not use our services to run any type of Tor Relay unless given permission to do so. (We have designed plans to run Tor Relays. We only allow Tor Relays and Tor Bridges)
5. Emails
(*) You may not use our services to send emails that might cause annoyance, inconvenience, anxiety to a recipient or to send emails that may cause distress or any material that may be considered to be offensive, hostile, obscene, menacing or generally disallowed by current and future statutues in force.
(*) You must not use any email addresses that you do not have permission to use for the purpose of sending emails.
(*) You must not use our mail services to alter the header of messages in a way to conceal the identity of the sender.
(*) You must not use our services to sent spam in any manner.
(*) Any DMCA, spam, abuse complaints we recieve will be investigated and will forward all reports to the Customer. If no action has been taken by the Customer to resolve the complaint, we will suspend the Customer's Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services of the Customer and/or suspend or terminate the access to Services, network, and/or its physical infrastructure if we determine that the Customer has broken this policy or is sending spam.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or misuse of the Service or Website. We may investigate violations or misuse of the Service or Website; or suspend Service without warning; or remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource; or examine the contents of any account at any time that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or any other agreement we have with you for use of the Services or the Website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse new Services to any individual, group, or business, for violation of this AUP.
7. Abuse Complaints
Any Claim that is being submitted by a third party must include the name and contact information of the complaining party, the IP address from which the alleged complaint originated, and a description of the violation.

8. Backups
Backups are made every 3 days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Customers will not have direct access to this backups and must be requested via ticket. If your service is cancelled due to a late payment, we may be able to recover your files if you have your server UUID saved
Old backups will be deleted from our system every Sunday
